The cleanliness, maintenance and room service was all terrible! Not at all 5star

Just ok

Half shower glass, towels look old and faded, bath tub sealed rough look unprofessional , no microwave, no shower slippers, no conditioners for a 5 star hotel lots are missing, however for a short stay not worth complaining.

The rooms weren’t up to the standard as it should’ve been. The TV had a straight line on the screen. No toiletries were available apart from the soap and dental kit. There was no shampoo and body wash etc. Overall very disappointed didn’t expect this standard of a 5 star hotel.

Buffet Breakfast was excellent. and every items/ Menu was selected with great care..

The only thing that we enjoyed at HHI during our two nights stay is having breakfast. Food was exceptionally tasty and of very high quality. On the other hand, we had very bad bathing experience. We feel that the toilet and shower fittings need to be upgraded ASAP. On complaining, the room boys immediately informed the maintenance staff who took 7 hours to repair the bathroom fittings but couldn't fix it. The second night, instead of cooling my room, water was dripping from the AC unit making the floor and my luggage wet. Overall, I feel that except for food we want to forget everything about HHI in a hurry. God save the HHI!

Room is too large ld, there was cockroach found in room. Bathtubs broken. Bathroom doesn’t look like an upscale hotel bathroom. It needs renovation everywhere inside a room. Bedsheet was used, I had to call to replace it.

extremely disappointing and terrible experience... no worth the money

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were small, unclean, and poorly maintained. The staff was uncooperative and showed little interest in addressing concerns. Basic services were non-existent, and the WiFi was highly erratic. The room door was defective, forcing a room change at midnight — only to find the next room in the same unacceptable condition.Despite booking for four nights, I checked out after just one night due to the poor experience. This was one of the worst stays I've ever had, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Absolutely nothing.... horrendous experience

Please take HHI off booking.com list if u want to save your reputation. Most horrible experience in 35 years of my travels. UNCLEAN ROOMS, HORRENDOUS SERVICE, UNCOOPERATIVE STAFF. I CHANGED MY ROOM AT 12.45 AM IN THE NIGHT SINCE THE MAIN DOOR WAS DEFECTIVE, WHICH WAS REPAIRED IN FRONT OF ME AT 8.00 PM. THE SAME HAPPENED AGAIN AT 9.30 AM IN THE MORNING IN THE NEW ROOM I SHIFTED TO. NO ONE SEEMS BOTHERED TO MAINTAIN THE HOTEL. HIGHLY OVERPRICED ....

The lock of my room was broken that too from where you access your key card and when asked for a replacement room they said "that's how it is".

there was some party in the adjoining room which was very loud and I couldn't sleep all night on the day of arrival. I called the reception thrice. they came promptly but were unable to take any action to quieten the noise created by the occupants at 2 am, 3 am and 4 am. The shower floods the whole bathroom and makes it very slippery. i slipped twice in 5 days. I think it needs some work to be done. I Informed the Housekeeping and the Duty Manager but no immediate steps could be taken. Food was okayish, nothing extra ordinary to write about. Room service was very slow.

The location is good. Their staff is courteous and pleasant. The lobby and the common areas are big and there is an ambience, but that doesn't extend to the decor in the rooms.

The bedclothes and towels are not crisp or fresh. The cleanliness of the toilet can be better. The food at breakfast was just passable. Their food prices are quite high. The hotel is an old building and has been refurbished, but beneath the gloss, it shows wear and tear. They have events and party nights, so the music can disturb your sleep.

Average breakfast items. Dining was ok

Very very delayed room service. Bidet spray not working & wrongly placed. Changed room to a very small room. No charging points beside bed, one side table. Plug point at study table not working. Shower wall mixer faulty, lever got stuck could not move to adjust temperature. Person came after 15-20 min, hot water kept running. Kept waiting for help to take luggage from room to our Car, carried ourself.

Good vibe in the hotel. Breakfast was ok. View from the room towards the main road was good.

Overpriced as per the room condition. Cleanliness was ok though I found a used earbud as soon as I entered the room near the TV rack. When the room is booked for 2 the amenities should be for 2 but I had to ask the staff for a 2nd towel and bathmat. No facecloth, handtowel. Asked if they could heat my food but they refused to do so. Asked if they could provide some plates and spoons but they charged ₹100 for that. I mean when a guest is paying over ₹5,000 per day, he should get a couple of plates for free, don’t you guys think so??

It is in central place

They don’t have control on AC. Even if you are not there in room, AC is on with 10 deg Celsius, lights are on and wasting energy. Bathrooms are in very bad condition even without rack to keep the soup.

Food is amazing also the location and staff is very proactive and supportive

Size of room is small and booked king size bed but actually it was very small bed also furniture of the room looks very old

Service is very slow and very irresponsible about here duty. Room service is very bad if u call for anything they provide item in 1 hours . If i call for delay she ask i have another guest also so staff is very rough and rude . They didn’t give respect

At least they changes three rooms ,1st was on 6th floor ,Curtain of bathroom was not properly covered ,than shifted to room 315 , morning wash room shower water was full of mud ,dust ,iron content ,they shifted to room 321 ,there also wash room same issue dirty water , we faced very bad experience this time ,breakfast also is below average can say , Just because of its location we choose this hotel ,other wise it's really not higneic, complete renovation is required . It's conaidered as ***** Hotel , if you wish to have Tea Bed tea in morning you won't get the same ,as because this Five star hotel kitchens opens by 7 or 7:30 AM it's pathetic .

Not to much expectations. Fruits were good

We were intercepted at the entry of the Restaurant. Behaviour of the staff was not expected. The DJ music was playing too loud, it disturbed our sleep till morning 3 AM

Property location

Very old property, not maintained upto the standard. Staff is unprofessional. Food is just ok and not good in taste but Very costly.
